If you notice a sync problem in the preview, don’t worry — it’s often just a display issue.
Here’s how to fix it:
Update the voice-over text slightly in your project.
Refresh the project or check your internet connection.
Export the video — in most cases, the final exported video will be properly synced, even if the preview was off.
If this doesn't resolve the issue, please report the bug via the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the platform.
Click on “Report an Issue”, then describe the bug clearly.
